RETURN POLICY

Thank you for shopping at hunarkar.com! We hope that your rug is everything you dreamed it would be. Returns will be accepted within 7 days of delivery if the product is found to be damaged or defected, refund minus a $275 restocking fee and you have to pay shipping cost. You can initiate a return by emailing at info@hunarkar.com with return in the subject line. Once approved for return, rug must be taken to the Courier company for wrapping and shipping.

Merchandise must be received in like new condition and subject to inspection before store credit is issued. Returns received with any signs of wear or damage will be refused and returned at customer’s shipping expense.

Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing your order by emailing. After 24 hours we are unable to ensure any cancellation.

All custom rug sells are final sale. They will not be eligible for return or exchange.
